1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Wird ("the app"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. App Description

Wird is a Muslim prayer habit tracker that helps you log your five daily prayers, build streaks, and track your consistency over time. The app is available on iOS through the Apple App Store.

3. Subscriptions & Pricing

Wird offers both free and premium tiers. Premium features are available through a subscription:

Plan Price Free Trial
Monthly $9.99/month (USD) None
Yearly $39.99/year (USD) 3-day free trial

Prices are in US dollars and may vary by region. The yearly plan works out to approximately $3.33/month.

4. Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.

5. Free Trial

The yearly plan includes a 3-day free trial. You can use all premium features during the trial period at no cost. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin and your Apple ID account will be charged the yearly subscription price ($39.99 USD).

Free trial eligibility is determined by Apple and is typically available once per Apple ID.

6. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple device settings:

Wird cannot cancel subscriptions on your behalf. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access to premium features until then. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

7. Religious Disclaimer

Wird is a habit tracking tool. It is not a source of religious guidance, fatwas, or scholarly advice. Specifically:

8. Intellectual Property

All content, design, graphics, code, the Mishkah mascot character, and all other intellectual property associated with Wird are owned by Wird and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on any part of the app without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Wird is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the app at any time, without notice, for conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the app ceases immediately.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the app shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in a mutually agreed-upon jurisdiction.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
